What is CBT/CCBT?
CBT is short for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It’s an evidence based approach to dealing with psychological problems. It looks at how we interact with our surroundings and how this affects our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviour. CBT teaches tried and tested techniques to challenge depression.
CCBT is short for Computer-aided/delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has many added benefits.
